2. Collected data

We only collect data necessary for the operation of the service:

• Email address (required for account creation and login)
• First and last name (optional)
• Payment data (processed via our partner Mollie — we do not store any credit card numbers)
• Usage data and stored files (on your dedicated storage space)
• IP address recorded upon cancellation or account deletion, as proof of your consent to the permanent deletion of your data

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on:

• The execution of the service contract (account creation and management)
• Your consent (for optional cookies and marketing communications)
• Our legitimate interest (service improvement, security)

4. Data hosting

Your data is hosted in France, by OVH and Clever Cloud, under French jurisdiction. Only transfers strictly necessary for the service take place: payment processing via Mollie (European Union) and transactional email delivery via Mailpace (United Kingdom, a country covered by a European Union adequacy decision).

5. Data recipients

Your data is accessible only to Archibou and our following technical subcontractors, strictly within the scope of their duties:

• OVH (France) — hosting
• Clever Cloud (France) — hosting
• Mollie (Europe) — payment processing
• Mailpace (United Kingdom) — sending transactional emails

We do not sell or share your data for advertising purposes.

6. Retention period

Your data is kept for the duration of your subscription. After cancellation or account deletion, data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

Except for invoices and transaction logs, kept for 10 years in accordance with our accounting and tax obligations (Article L.123-22 of the French Commercial Code).

In accordance with the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Our site only uses technical cookies strictly necessary for operation (session cookie). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We implement all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure your data security: transfer encryption (HTTPS), encryption at rest, restricted access to authorized personnel.
