Terms of Sale

1. Purpose and scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) govern the sale of cloud storage subscriptions offered by Etienne Magro under the Archibou brand. They supplement our Terms of Service which govern the use of the service. By subscribing, the customer acknowledges having read and accepted these CGV as well as the Terms of Use.

2. Price

Subscription prices are shown in euros, all taxes included, on our pricing pages. In accordance with article 293 B of the French General Tax Code, VAT does not apply (VAT exemption for micro-enterprises). Archibou reserves the right to change its prices; ongoing subscriptions keep the accepted price until renewal.

3. Ordering and payment

Subscriptions are taken out online: account creation, plan selection, then payment. Payment is securely processed by our partner Mollie. The order is final once payment is confirmed. Invoices are available in the customer account.

4. Immediate performance and right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers have fourteen (14) days from conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving reasons. However, since the service is performed immediately at the customer's express request, the customer expressly waives their right of withdrawal upon registration, in accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code.

5. Duration, renewal and cancellation

Subscriptions are taken out for one month or one year depending on the chosen plan, then automatically renewed for the same period unless terminated. In accordance with article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code, customers are informed in writing of the option not to renew, no earlier than three months and no later than one month before the end of the current period. Termination can be done at any time from the customer account; it takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no pro-rata refund.

6. Failed payment

If renewal payment fails, the customer is informed by email and given time to resolve it. Failing that, the subscription may be suspended and then terminated, and data deleted in accordance with our privacy policy.

7. Mediation and applicable law

In the event of a dispute, consumers may refer free of charge to the consumer mediator selected in article 11 of our Terms of Use. These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.
